Your details, and what we do with them.
Quovia is in private pre-launch. This note explains what we collect through the request-access form and how we handle it. It is written plainly on purpose.
What we collect
Only what you type into the request-access form: your name, your work email, your company, and an optional message. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about access to Quovia and to understand who the product is for. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
How it is handled
When you submit the form, your details are emailed to our team through Resend, our email provider, and kept in our inbox and records so we can get back to you. They are stored only for as long as we need them to evaluate and respond to your interest.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email privacy@quovia.app and we will action it.
